Do you accept returns?

No, all items are not returnable and non refundable. If your order arrives and shows any signs of damage, please let me know and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

Are you open to commissions?

Orders can be sent to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.

In case you would like an order to be sent somewhere else, please contact me via email at markorinouart@gmail.com to check whether it would be possible.

How long does delivery take?

I package all orders myself to ensure the best delivery conditions, so please allow around 3 business days for the order to be shipped. After the order is shipped, you will receive a separate email with the tracking number.
